I would like to express my appreciation for the pleasant experience I had during my stay at your hotel. I would especially like to thank one of the reception ladies who was extremely kind and professional. When I mentioned that the room I had received felt a bit small, she promptly and kindly offered me an upgrade to an apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious, equipped with a hydromassage bathtub, which added to the comfort of my stay. However, the bathtub seemed slightly outdated, an aspect that could be improved to offer an even better guest experience. Her gesture was greatly appreciated and reflects a high level of professionalism and care for guests. Thank you for your hospitality, and I will definitely recommend your hotel! Additionally, I appreciated the hotel’s excellent location, right across from the train station, which made it very convenient for my travels.

Whether you have a question or provided with hospitable services, ranging from room service to drinks and food, they are always prompt, effective and thoughtful. The breakfast option, I highly recommend, because every morning, you are treated with a wonderful array of food, wonderful coffee service and a nice atmosphere. From single people to couples, families to business guests, people felt relaxed with the hospitality of UNAHOTEL BOLOGNA. During the heat of summer, your bedroom is a nice, cool area. And the bathroom is great with a nice big shower space. Room tidiness is impeccable and I give a huge thumbs up for their consistency. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to go back again. Wonderful accommodation which compliments the wonder of Bologna!

I chose Unahotels Bologna primarily for its proximity to the train station—it's literally across the street, which was very convenient. The receptionists were exceptionally kind and helpful, which I found to be the most positive aspect of the hotel. I met several of them, and they were all very helpful. The room was quiet and received a good amount of sunshine, although the staff kept the curtains closed to manage the heat. The size of both the room and bathroom were adequate for a double room. The WiFi worked well, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Unahotels Bologna.

The room was huge, very cool interior design, stunning bathroom with a big bathtub. The location was brilliant, so easy for the station and getting to the airport; yet so quiet and calm inside. Plenty of space to sit in the lobby, really easy to walk around and explore the city, plenty of interesting restaurants nearby. The immediate neighbourhood is of course what you would expect so close to a major train station.

The breakfast was excellent with a very wide selection of food/drinks, including fresh fruit, and supplies were replenished quickly.
