Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant - we checked well on time, the staff were polite and informative as much as possible, all services were well organized and happened easily. The breakfast was really rich, as initially stated in the description of the hotel, while the servicing staff were prompt and professional The location of the hotel well met our expectations: we were really very happy to be in Bologna during this period of the year, happily surprised by the very nice weather and polite people. Big thanks to the receptionists of the hotel and the servicing staff at our morning breakfasts, especially Rakifa who we saw often and who served us with smile, promptness and professionalism. For sure, I will recommend the hotel and services it provides to guests to my friends and/or colleagues. THANK YOU!

I would like to express my appreciation for the pleasant experience I had during my stay at your hotel. I would especially like to thank one of the reception ladies who was extremely kind and professional. When I mentioned that the room I had received felt a bit small, she promptly and kindly offered me an upgrade to an apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious, equipped with a hydromassage bathtub, which added to the comfort of my stay. However, the bathtub seemed slightly outdated, an aspect that could be improved to offer an even better guest experience. Her gesture was greatly appreciated and reflects a high level of professionalism and care for guests. Thank you for your hospitality, and I will definitely recommend your hotel! Additionally, I appreciated the hotel’s excellent location, right across from the train station, which made it very convenient for my travels.

Location is excellent, very close to railway station and within easy walking distance of city centre, restaurants etc. The hotel was scrupulously clean. Our room (number 410) was bright and spacious. The lift system was fast and efficient. The staff (cleaning staff, breakfast area and most of reception) were cheerful, all doing their work with interest and enthusiasm. The breakfast was excellent with a very wide selection of food/drinks, including fresh fruit, and supplies were replenished quickly.

This hotel is super cool and so convenient. Right from check-in the staff were so professional and helpful. We were given a free upgrade to a better room on the top floor - and WOW. The room was huge, very cool interior design, stunning bathroom with a big bathtub. The location was brilliant, so easy for the station and getting to the airport; yet so quiet and calm inside. Plenty of space to sit in the lobby, really easy to walk around and explore the city, plenty of interesting restaurants nearby. The immediate neighbourhood is of course what you would expect so close to a major train station.

I chose Unahotels Bologna primarily for its proximity to the train station—it's literally across the street, which was very convenient. The receptionists were exceptionally kind and helpful, which I found to be the most positive aspect of the hotel. I met several of them, and they were all very helpful. The room was quiet and received a good amount of sunshine, although the staff kept the curtains closed to manage the heat. The size of both the room and bathroom were adequate for a double room. The WiFi worked well, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Unahotels Bologna.
